Inspired by the beautiful coastline of Ras Al Jinz in Oman, Amouage Ashore is an olfactory tribute to the myriad sensations you can experience in front of the immense and radiant summer sky. Created by perfumer Mackenzie Reilly in 2020, this fragrance combines Amouage’s perfume traditions with the intensity and brightness of the Omani landscape.


Ashore opens with vibrant notes of pink pepper and cardamom, enriched with turmeric leaf, offering an energetic and spicy entrance that captures the effervescence of the sun at its zenith. These blend in a heart dominated by the absolute jasmine sambac, whose intoxicating aroma is enriched by a solar accord and rose, evoking the feeling of a skin warmed by the sun. The transition to the base notes reveals the depth and complexity of ambergris and olibanum, which together with sandalwood, give the fragrance an earthy richness and a lingering warmth. Each element of Ashore works in harmony to paint an olfactory landscape that is both exotic, welcoming and infinitely fascinating.
